Terms of Service

Banger.flp is a service published by Emmanuel Baudrier, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France.

1. What Banger.flp is

Banger.flp generates FL Studio project files (.flp) with drums and 808 patterns, delivered with their audio samples. Generation runs on our servers; the service is used through our website and our desktop application for macOS and Windows.

2. The lifetime license

A one-time purchase unlocks lifetime access to the service: unlimited beat generation for as long as the service operates, guaranteed for a minimum of two (2) years from your purchase date. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the service, not of the purchaser. If the service is ever discontinued after the guaranteed period, we will give at least 90 days’ notice. Every .flp you have generated and downloaded remains yours forever, whatever happens to the service. One license can be activated on up to 3 computers.

3. What you may do with generated files

You own your generated .flp files and may use them in your own musical productions, including commercial releases, without attribution and without royalties. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the generated files or their samples as files (sample packs, template packs, bundling with other products). Sell your music, not the templates.

4. Fair use

“Unlimited” means unlimited human use. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, sharing one license key across several people or reselling access are prohibited and are grounds for revocation without refund. A soft technical rate limit may apply to protect service stability; a normal producer will never hit it.

5. One key, your key

Your license key is personal. Keep it private: anyone holding the key can generate with it. Lost or compromised keys can be reissued through support.

6. Style names

Style and category names shown in the product describe a musical direction. They may be renamed at any time without affecting your license or your files.

7. Payment, refunds and revocation

Payments and taxes (including VAT) are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which sells the license to you. 14-day refund: if Banger.flp is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you will be refunded in full, no questions asked; the license key is then deactivated. A completed chargeback also deactivates the associated license key.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Generated files are project templates; how they sound in your production depends on your work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during maintenance windows. FL Studio is required to open the files and is not sold or provided by us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. The version in force on the day of your purchase governs your guaranteed-access period.

10. Contact

For support, a refund, a lost key or any question about these terms, reply to your purchase receipt email or write to the support address shown on it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
